The AES Group is seeking a Compliance Engineer in Smithville, TN to lead product compliance from design through market release. You will work with engineering, quality, operations, and suppliers to meet regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements across NA and international markets.
You will manage certifications (UL/ETL/CE/UKCA/etc.), coordinate testing with labs, prepare technical documentation, and advise on risk and regulatory changes across the product lifecycle.
