Assembly Operator - 1st Shift

Metro Services is looking to immediately hire Assembly Operators for a Manufacturing facility in Smithville, TN
. This is a temp/contract position.

• Perform the duties assigned by leadership using manufacturing equipment to produce quality parts efficiently and safely while following standardized work.
• Follow and observe all safety rules and regulations.
• Fill out production reports using paperwork or computers.
• Escalate safety, quality, and other situations as needed to ensure that issues are addressed by leadership.
• Observe all safety rules and regulations, report unsafe conditions, and prevent bad-quality parts from passing onto the next process.
• Effectively utilize time and equipment to meet standard times for products to be competitive.

$18.50/hour

• 1st
  
  Shift: Monday - Friday, 5:00 a.m.
  
  - 3:30 p.m.

• Clean Drug Screen.
