Administrative Assistant | Home Health | Christiana Care

This role is scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm, with no weekend or holiday work.

• Answer, track, and direct all incoming communications—including calls and electronic messages—to the appropriate departments and caregivers in a quick, courteous, and respectful manner.
• Analyze and disperse all incoming communications from multiple sources in a timely manner.
• Track communications on a daily log.
• Perform sample‑size rounding callbacks daily to ensure patients receive exceptional and timely follow‑up communication/resolution.
• Maintain and coordinate the monthly on‑call schedule log with the answering service.

• Preferred:
  Scheduling and Home Health care experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, and related software.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
