At Atlantic Training, we’ve been keeping workplaces safe, compliant, and way less boring for over 20 years. Our LMS and training content help companies turn “ugh, compliance training” into “hey, this is actually useful.”
Now we’re expanding our partner squad - resellers, distributors, and LMS tech pals who can help us reach more organizations that need what we’ve got. That’s where you come in.
The OpportunityWe’re looking for a Partner/Reseller Manager to own and grow Atlantic Training’s partner ecosystem. Think of yourself as the ultimate connector. You’ll be finding new partners, helping them thrive, and driving revenue through indirect sales. You’ll be the go-to person for partner success while expanding our reach into new markets.
What You’ll Be Doing- Partner Acquisition & Onboarding
- Spot, recruit, and onboard resellers and distribution partners in target markets.
- Build relationships with LMS and HR tech providers to unlock integration and bundling opportunities.
- Partner Enablement & Engagement
- Create playbooks, training, and resources so partners can sell like pros.
- Roll out co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and joint initiatives that generate real pipeline.
- Be the partner whisperer—the one they call when they need answers, support, or a boost.
- Revenue Growth & Performance
- Develop partner business plans with clear goals and KPIs.
- Track and report performance against targets.
- Work with sales leadership to forecast and keep revenue flowing consistently.
- Cross-Functional Teamwork
- Collaborate with marketing to design killer partner programs and incentives.
- Share partner feedback with product teams to shape our roadmap.
- Team up with sales on joint opportunities and big client pursuits.
- 2–3+ years of experience in partner, reseller, or channel management (software/SaaS preferred).
- Bonus points for LMS or e-learning industry chops.
- A track record of recruiting, onboarding, and growing partner accounts.
- Familiarity with partner agreements, revenue-sharing models, and incentives.
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship building.
- Self-starter energy - you thrive managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A growing base of reseller partners within your first 6–12 months.
- Increased partner-driven pipeline and revenue.
- Partners who feel supported, enabled, and connected.
- Strong ties between Atlantic Training and the LMS/HR tech ecosystem.
Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (bi-weekly or semi-monthly).
Variable Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 annually, paid monthly & quarterly.
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000–$160,000.
