This role focuses on supporting daily business operations, improving internal processes, coordinating cross-functional activities, maintaining operational records, and assisting teams with projects that drive organizational efficiency.

COMPENSATIONThe salary range for this role is $60,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience, analytical skills, communication abilities, and client hiring needs.

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Coordinate operational projects and administrative activities
- Monitor business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare reports, presentations, and operational documentation
- Analyze operational data and track key performance metrics
- Maintain accurate business records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflow efficiency
- Assist with project planning and implementation
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and departmental communications
- Support process improvement and business optimization initiatives
- Assist with special projects and company initiatives
- Perform additional operational and administrative duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Operations, or a related field preferred
- 0–2 years of experience in business operations, administration, customer service, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced on-site environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional, dependable, and collaborative mindset
- Internship or entry-level operations experience
- Experience with reporting and data analysis
- Knowledge of business process improvement concepts
- Familiarity with project coordination
- Interest in business strategy and operational excellence
