Are you an Architectural Designer, Residential Designer, Design-Build Professional, Construction Project Manager, or CAD Designer looking for something more rewarding than sitting behind a desk?

At Ashton Pools By Design , you'll work directly with homeowners to design luxury outdoor living spaces while following your projects from concept through construction.

This isn't just another drafting position.

You'll meet clients, visit jobsites, collaborate with our construction team, create construction drawings, and watch your designs become reality.

For more than 23 years , Ashton Pools By Design has been designing and building award-winning luxury swimming pools and outdoor living spaces throughout Delaware and Maryland.

We're known for exceptional craftsmanship, honest communication, and creating an outstanding client experience from the first meeting through project completion.

As our Lead Design & Preconstruction Specialist , you'll become a key member of our leadership team and help guide projects from the initial client meeting through construction.

• Meet with homeowners during Discovery and Design Meetings
• Visit project sites to evaluate existing conditions
• Create custom 3D backyard designs
• Prepare detailed construction drawings
• Complete material takeoffs
• Coordinate engineering and permitting information
• Lead preconstruction meetings with homeowners
• Support our construction team during active construction
• Answer client questions throughout the project
• Ensure projects transition smoothly from design into production

• Architectural Design

Pool experience is NOT required.

If you've designed luxury homes, renovations, commercial buildings, or other custom construction projects, we'll teach you the pool industry.
