Engineer Program Manager I (Statewide Traffic Projects Manager)
This position will oversee the development and execution of statewide contracts and projects initiated by the Traffic Engineering Section and will also be responsible for managing the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of tasks associated with Delaware's Highway Safety Improvement Program, including the Strategic Highway Safety Plan and Hazard Elimination Program. The selected candidate will also be responsible for managing staff and consultants within the Department's Railroad Coordination Program.
