Planner IV
The Planner IV is a senior planner in the Office of the Director, supporting division-wide priorities at the executive level. The position leads strategic planning, project management, and policy development on complex, cross-divisional initiatives focused on population health, health equity, environmental health, rural health, and vulnerable populations. The incumbent conducts research and analysis, facilitates stakeholder engagement, supervises assigned staff, and provides high-level recommendations that advance the Division's strategic goals and operational effectiveness.
