become a Hospice Companionship Volunteer for Christiana Care in collaboration with Delaware Accent Care! Companion Volunteers are significant helpers for our terminally-ill patients and their families in their time of need. Companion Volunteers visit their assigned patient on hour a week to provide friendly-visits, emotional comfort, and family support/respite.
Volunteers mean ease stress of families and loneliness of our patients.
