Job Description As an HRBP at delaware India, your role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage recruitment processes including coordinating with vendors, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new contractors.
- HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Initiate and track background verification (BGV) for new hires, ensuring timely completion.
- Assist in audit preparation and provide necessary HR data and reports.
- Training:
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning sessions.
- Maintain L&D calendars and track addition to the above responsibilities, the company you will be working for is a renowned global corporation dedicated to delivering advanced business, IT solutions and services, assisting organizations in their business and digital transformations.
