Product Specialist 4 - Traffic Management Center

Candidate will be the developer on a small team supporting the 24x7 traffic management center operations. Individual will be responsible for both coding and analysis. Person will receive direction from the project manager and senior technical peers, and work directly with the business operations team on requirements, testing and delivery. Candidate needs to be able to work on projects full life cycles and with users, technical team, local and state IT resources and diverse transportation ITS devices.

There are technical on-call responsibilities rotated among the team members. Candidate must have good business aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.

Required Skills:

• HTML, CSS, JS, Required, 3 years.
• JSON, AJAX, REST API, Websockets, Required, 3 years.
• General application design & development, Required, 7 years' experience.

• Excellent independent design, work and interaction with the business group to understand efforts.
