Registered Nurse; RN Unit Manager

Evergreen Post Acute in Smyrna, DE is ACTIVELY SEEKING a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to join our "Dynamic Team" of Caring & Compassionate staff touching the lives of our residents.

This RN Unit Manager position is primarily Monday through Friday with a rotating Nurse on Call.

• The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will assist with patient’s examinations and/or questions.

• The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will implement and interpret organizational policies.

• The RN Unit Manager will attend daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team.

• The RN Unit Manager will supervise the nurses and nurse aides on the unit.

• The Registered Nurse Unit Manager will ensure proper documentation is being completed.

• The RN Unit Manager will participate in care plans with the clinical team.
