• Answer, track and direct all incoming communications, including calls and electronic communications as appropriate to departments and caregivers in a quick, courteous and respectful manner.
• Analyze and disperse all incoming communications from multiple sources in a timely manner.
• Track communications on a daily log.
• Perform sample size rounding call backs daily to ensure patients received exceptional and timely follow up communication/resolution.
• Maintain and coordinate monthly on‑call schedule log with answering service.

Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm; no weekends or holidays.

• Scheduling and Home Health care experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Proficiency in MS Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• Must be organized and detail oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
