Service Area:
Central Delaware

• Mileage Reimbursement - $0.45

As an Addus Registered Nurse (RN), you will:

• Skilled Nursing Home Health Case Management.
• Perform Wound Care, Infusion Therapy, Patient Teaching, Medication Management.
• Performing Supervisory Nursing Visits for Nonskilled Clients.
• Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation.
• Provide Education and Guidance to Clients and Caregivers.
• Support Quality Assurance and Risk Management Initiatives.
• Communicate Effectively with Staff, Caregivers, Families, and Referral Partners.
• Maintain a Collaborative Relationship with Clients, Families, Providers, and Care Team.
• Able to Ensure Compliance with Federal and State Regulations, Medicare and Medicaid Requirements, HIPAA Standards, and Company Policy
• Performs Other Duties As Assigned

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• Home Health experience required
• Familiarity with Point Care, Home Care Home Base is a plus.
• Experience with OASIS preferred.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
