Position Summary
The Night Crew Clerk is responsible for stocking, facing, and organizing products on shelves to ensure the store is clean, safe, and fully prepared for customers the following day. This role works as part of the overnight team to unload deliveries, rotate stock, maintain backroom organization, and follow store standards for merchandising and safety. The Night Crew Clerk helps create a positive shopping experience by ensuring shelves are well-stocked, neat, and accurate.

- Stock and rotate merchandise on shelves, coolers, and displays to ensure accuracy, freshness, and availability for customers.
- Maintain store standards by keeping aisles clean, organized, and safe during overnight operations.
- Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing backroom inventory to support efficient stocking and replenishment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in grocery, retail, or food service
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Fast-paced retail grocery store.
- Frequent interaction with customers and team members.
- May involve exposure to varying temperatures (e.g., near entrance or refrigerated areas).
Salary range is between $16.25 - $19.25 Hrly
