Job Responsibilities- Develop sales strategy: create tailored plans to meet the unique goals of each Enterprise client and accelerate execution with cross‑functional partners.
- Account growth & expansion: cultivate long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers, including C‑level executives, and generate and close new sales opportunities within the assigned account base.
- Enable client satisfaction: lead a world‑class, differentiated experience that encourages clients to continue growing with T‑Mobile.
- Product capability consultation: position T‑Mobile product capabilities to potential and existing clients in alignment with their business goals.
- Negotiation and closing: manage complex contract negotiations and close large, high‑value deals with enterprise clients.
- Sales reporting & forecasting: maintain accurate records of interactions, sales progress, and provide forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Required).
- Preferred areas of study:
Business Administration, Management, or related field. - 5+ years’ experience selling to Enterprise clients (3,000+ employees) (Required).
- 7+ years of business sales experience with a proven track record of acquisition sales, opportunity creation, and closure within an enterprise customer base (Required).
- 5+ years in technology, software, or telecom strategic solution sales (Preferred).

Pay RangeTotal Target Cash Pay Range: $169,500 – $305,800, inclusive of target incentives
Base Pay Range: $101,700 – $183,480
