Job OverviewFor this role, reporting to the Business Development Director, we are seeking a Technical Marketing Specialist who will act as the primary technical interface to our customers and partners supporting the adoption efforts in the Americas region, in particular, the United States. Working closely with the regional Business Development Manager, this high‑visibility role bridges customer technical needs, product capabilities, and commercialization efforts to accelerate adoption of next‑generation cooling technologies.
Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and support to customers alongside the regional Business Development Manager
- Engage with ecosystem partners (OEMs, integrators, labs) to enable system integration and adoption
- Translate customer requirements into tailored liquid cooling solutions and system specifications
- Lead application development, field trials, and validation of liquid cooling technologies
- Analyze performance data and deliver technical insights and recommendations
- Develop technical content with the support of the marketing and communication teams (case studies, white papers, competitive insights)
- Contribute to market intelligence, competitive analysis, and technology positioning
- Provide input to new product development and technology roadmap based on customer feedback and market needs
- Represent the company in technical forums, conferences, and industry collaborations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Sciences, Chemistry, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in data center infrastructure, liquid cooling, HVAC, or thermal management
- Experience in technical service, application engineering, or technical marketing roles
- Strong understanding of data center cooling architectures (air, liquid, immersion, DTC) as well as heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and system integration
- Proven ability to work independently, cross‑functionally, and customer‑facing
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to translate technical details into business value
- Ability to travel across the region and outside the region, 30% to 50% of the time
- Experience with two‑phase cooling systems (direct‑to‑chip and immersion)
- Familiarity with hyperscalers and OEM ecosystem
- Experience working in high‑growth or emerging technology markets
- Participation in industry organizations (OCP, ASHRAE, etc.)
