• Act as a reliable point of contact for our international client base, including customers in the USA.
• Process and manage customer orders within our ERP system.
• Issue shipping documents, commercial invoices, and necessary customs documentation.
• Track shipments and proactively follow up with customers regarding status updates.
• Interface closely with internal departments, including the sales team, to align business operations with customer needs.

• 3+ years of experience in order management / customer service / after sales or comparable operational role.
• Experience working with an ERP system in a manufacturing company.
• Familiar with MS Office.
• Fluency in both German and English language is required. Additional languages such as French or Italian are an advantage.
• Experience with handling customs and export documentation is beneficial.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence and assertiveness to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Flexible and strong individual who can resolve operational challenges and bring people together to work for the future of the business.
• Self-starter eager to grow both personally and professionally and is willing to be continuously challenged with a learning mindset.
