Job Summary

The Non-Acute Pharmaceutical Sales team is responsible for growing and servicing the Non-Acute ASC Market, National accounts and a portion of the strategic physician office customers selling pharmaceutical distribution. As a Non-Acute Pharmaceutical Sales Representative be a part of the fast-paced sales team- responsible for winning, maintaining and growing customer relationships. This role is a mix of direct sales, account management and customer service and is responsible for day-to-day activities like order resolution, placement, and account maintenance as well customer initiatives, sales presentations and more.

Territory:
Predominantly Southeast United States. Can live in Eastern or Central time zone. This role will be 100% remote.

Responsibilities
  • Complete remote solution-based concept training to include assessment of knowledge to ensure retention and ability to apply methodologies.

  • Responsible for the management and growth ofassignedstrategic groups consisting of clinics and ambulatory surgery centers.

  • Responsible for cultivating andmaintainingon-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers and strategic accounts.

  • Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity.

  • Provides product service information to customers andidentifiesupselling opportunities tomaintainand increase income streams from customer relationships.

  • Utilizes CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Atlas) to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and report on performance metrics, leading to improved forecastingaccuracy

  • Complete all required administrative tasks including expense management, new business forms, etc.

  • Maintain knowledge of the current industry/competitive landscape including,healthcare economics, reimbursement,competitor sand competitive products etc.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • Previousdocumentedaccount management,sales experience or course work aligned to marketing or sales, preferred.

    Sales internships or sales competitions a plus

  • Drive for results; action oriented; strong work ethic and career ambition;

    Self-starter who is passionate about sales.

  • Strongphone, written, and in-person communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.?

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems preferred

  • Abilityto work remotely from home requires a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet. We will provide you with the computer,technology and equipment needed to successfully perform your job. You willbe responsible for providing high-speed internet.

Anticipated pay range: $57,000 - $81,600
