Licensed Insurance Agent - Bilingual

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Insurance Producer for a valued client. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients to meet their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. As an Insurance Producer, you will play a crucial role in expanding market presence while ensuring client satisfaction.

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones

• Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide tailored solutions

• Build and maintain strong relationships through follow-ups and exceptional service

• Engage in outside sales activities such as networking events, community outreach, and client meetings

• Negotiate policy terms and conditions to meet client requirements

• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve performance

• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or related fields

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to negotiate effectively for favorable client outcomes

• Experience in outside sales or retail sales is a plus

• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable

• Knowledge of insurance products is beneficial, but training will be provided

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
