primary purpose of this position is to ensure the effective maintenance, repair, and overall readiness of housing units, buildings, and grounds so that all properties remain safe, livable, and compliant with applicable codes and hud standards. The incumbent performs full‑performance building maintenance in multiple trades to complete routine and complex repairs, prepare units for new tenants, and responds to work orders in occupied residences.

The incumbent conducts regular cleaning and inspections of buildings and grounds, carries out preventive maintenance on systems and equipment, and identifies and reports issues requiring supervisory attention. exterior building maintenance including replacing entrance doors, exterior lighting, splash blocks, shingles, parking stops, downspouts, screens, locks, and cleaning gutters.inspects, maintains, and repairs playground equipment, dumpster enclosures, fencing, and other site structures, and installs signage and accessible parking markings.conducts routine preventive maintenance on heating, air conditioning, and smoke alarm systems, including filter changes, operational checks, and detector testing and replacement.completes
