Lums Pond State Park in Delaware is seeking a Park Maintenance/Trades Mechanic III to perform daily upkeep and repair of park buildings, grounds, and equipment, including restrooms, fields, trails and parking areas. You will report to the Park Maintenance Supervisor and may help supervise seasonal staff and volunteers.
Applicants must meet basic trades qualifications and be able to work with HVAC, plumbing, carpentry and related systems.
