We are partnering with a fantastic organization in Smyrna, GA, to identify a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant
. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional to build a strong foundation while gaining hands‑on experience across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, including payment processing and collections
  • Assist with monthly close processes, including preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules
  • Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed
  • Prepare and assist with check runs and vendor payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 1–2 years of recent accounting experience required; internships will be considered
  • Experience with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
Preferred
  • Exposure to month‑end close processes and reconciliations
  • Familiarity with accounting systems or ERP platforms is a plus

$27.00 to $28.00 per hour
