Senior Staff Accountant

Repro Products, Inc., established in 1979, provides industry-leading reprographic, color printing, and 3D laser scanning services. We offer cutting‑edge printers, copiers, and office technology and equipment from top manufacturers, including Brother, HP, Toshiba, Xerox, and Zebra. Our associated company, The Color Spot, Inc., was originally founded in 2003. The Color Spot specializes in vehicle wraps, trade show graphics, store displays, apparel decoration, sign manufacturing, banners, signs, print decor, and indoor/outdoor displays.

We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to report directly to the CFO. This role provides an opportunity to contribute to the company’s continued growth by offering accounting and finance leadership. If you enjoy working in a dynamic and friendly environment, you’ll thrive here.

• Perform general accounting functions, including financial reporting and analysis
• Evaluate and develop financial controls, policies, and procedures
• Take ownership of work while collaborating with key leaders across the company
• Foster relationships with internal and external customers
• Bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations
• Handle frequent internal reporting and special projects as required
• Handle various taxes and filings e.g. sales, property, etc…
• Cross training on various other accounting staff functions to ensure coverage

• Strong analytical and accounting skills with a solid understanding of GAAP
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and data manipulation
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited university
• 3+ years of general accounting and/or audit experience (preferably a mix)
• Ability to prepare financial statements and supporting account reconciliations
• Budgeting and forecasting experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities
• Self‑starter with leadership potential for future growth
• Experience with lease contracts, service contracts, commission plans, and calculations is a plus
• Experience with ECI E‑automate and/or Quick Books is a plus
• Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Inventory is a plus
