AR, AP / Bookkeeper Growth Opportunity for the Right Candidate Repro Products, Inc.Repro Products, a Cobb County Small Business of the Year, has been in business for over 49 years and employs a team of 70 professionals.
We are seeking an experienced AR, AP / Bookkeeper to support our accounting operations and contribute to the company’s continued growth. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership, expand your skill set, and grow within the organization.
This is a fully onsite position, with the potential for one remote day per week after the onboarding period.
Position Summary- Perform general accounting functions, including financial analysis
- Evaluate and improve financial controls and projections
- Work independently with limited supervision and take ownership of responsibilities
- Assist with daily, monthly, and annual reporting, along with special projects
- Support purchasing and inventory processes as needed
- Report directly to the CFO
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable teams
- Reconcile various accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
- Strong analytical and accounting skills with knowledge of GAAP
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using Quick Books Online
- 4 or more years of general accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Ability to assist with month end close processes
- Experience with variance analysis and general ledger accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self starter with leadership potential
- Experience with E automate is a plus
- Experience with leasing or contract accounting is a plus
