[Accounting Clerk / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Competitive Pay / Comprehensive Employee Benefits Package - As a AP/AR Accounting Assistant, you will:
Review and reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Generate financial reports and assist with month-end closing processes
- Process and post payments from clients and vendors
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve billing and payment inquiries
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
- Analyze and verify financial data for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and distribute invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team
- Work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
