Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Staff Accountant to handle financial reporting, lease accounting, and service agreement compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of GAAP principles. Experience with leases and service agreements is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain financial statements, reconciliations, and reports.
- Assist in lease accounting and compliance with service agreements.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in lease or contract-based environments.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
