Description We are looking for a welcoming and organized Financial Aid Coordinator to support students and staff in Smyrna, Georgia. This Contract to permanent opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys providing administrative support, handling high-volume communication, and helping create a positive experience for students seeking financial aid assistance. In this role, you will help manage inquiries, coordinate appointments, and assist with Title IV-related processes after training.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to incoming questions from students and other contacts, assess their needs, and connect them with the appropriate financial aid resource

- Provide administrative support for Title IV financial aid activities while following established procedures and completing required training

- Place outbound calls to arrange upcoming appointments for students with Financial Aid Advisors and confirm scheduling details

- Deliver attentive and courteous service across phone, email, and office interactions to ensure a supportive student experience

- Maintain accurate records, enter relevant information into internal systems, and keep documentation organized

- Assist with front-office and receptionist-style duties, including managing communications and supporting daily office operations Requirements - Prior experience in an administrative support, receptionist, or office coordination role is preferred

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and student-focused environment

- Clear verbal and written communication skills for handling inquiries and scheduling interactions

- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks

- Comfort answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and performing data entry accurately

- Ability to work collaboratively with team members while maintaining a detail-oriented and positive attitude Talent Match®
