Position SummaryThe Associate Project Manager works collaboratively across Operations, IT, and Clinical Services & Programs (CS&P) to support account implementations and process improvement initiatives within Curant Health’s Specialty Business Unit. This role ensures projects and new account launches are executed effectively with strong attention to scope, timelines, cost, and quality.
The Associate Project Manager applies consistent project management practices, strong organization, and clear communication to provide transparency across implementation efforts and drive operational excellence.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Continuous Process Improvement (CPI).
Account ImplementationsThe Associate Project Manager will manage assigned account implementations from contract receipt through Enrollment Ready status.
Responsibilities include:
- Own and manage 340B provider implementations from contract received through Enrollment Ready.
- Coordinate all required activities, resources, equipment, and information across assigned account launches and formally announce Enrollment Ready status once all validations are completed.
- Accurately enter all required provider and account data into internal tracking systems.
- Manage wholesaler setup and testing across internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain implementation checklists for all account launches.
- Support the Account Management team with launch questions and activities.
- Establish standardized folder structures and ensure all account documentation is properly filed and maintained.
- Troubleshoot and resolve 340B specialty account issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including creation of meeting agendas and documentation of meeting notes as needed.
- Manage assigned non-340B specialty implementations using established implementation methodologies.
- Prepare and manage implementation plans and meeting documentation.
- Communicate professionally with external clients to manage implementation milestones and expectations.
- Ensure adherence to Statement of Work (SOW) requirements post-launch, when applicable.
- Provide consistent implementation status updates to stakeholders.
The Associate Project Manager supports business process improvement initiatives within the Specialty Business Unit and may occasionally support projects across other business units.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage assigned change projects across multiple teams.
- Define, document, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Identify project stakeholders and impacted teams.
- Develop and maintain organized project plans.
- Provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and adjustments.
- Report project status during bi-weekly or monthly Process Improvement Team (PIT) meetings.
- Lead project planning and requirements-gathering sessions.
- Ensure deliverables meet established timelines and quality expectations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, workflows, and other methods.
- Partner with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into functional requirements for IT teams.
- Develop process flows, specifications, diagrams, and documentation as needed.
- Measure and report project performance post-launch to identify improvement opportunities through project closure.
Complete required training and administrative responsibilities.
Provide operational support to the CPI team as needed.
