Business Development Community Liaison
The Business Development Community Liaison implements the philosophy, policy, procedures, systems, and strategic goals set forth by the senior management team while maximizing referral potentials from assigned accounts and developing new business to achieve the goals and objectives of the business development systems.

- Collaborates with local and national leadership team members to identify and cultivate strong community partnerships, elevating the facility’s presence in the local market.
- Develop a designated number of qualified business development contacts per week, achieving overall business development goals and objectives.
- Target follow‑up meetings with all key referral sources to identify, minimize and/or eliminate internal and external obstacles to growth and retention.
- Schedule and conduct tours with referral sources, clients, and families.
- Communicate various levels of care to potential clients, families, and referral sources.
- Develop an account management list to maintain current account information, updating as required.
- Actively participate with established community relationships in problem solving and work with facility staff to resolve issues during a patient’s stay and upon discharge.
- Resolve challenges posed by clients and families ambivalent about committing to necessary and beneficial treatment options.
- Empathically but prescriptively lead callers to the next step of deciding on admission.
- Determine the clinical and financial viability of potential admissions.
- Offer high customer service and communication to referral sources, clients, and families.
- Partner with admissions decision‑makers and stakeholders, including clients, family members, professional referral sources, facility administration, clinical leadership, admitting physicians, and utilization review coordinators.

A Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration, or related field is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
ExperienceMinimum of two (2) years experience in health care business development/marketing environment with measurable business development results and knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred.
LicensureMust have a valid driver's license.

This is a Full‑Time
, exempt role, and the expected compensation range is between $50,000 to $67,000
