Senior Lead Product Manager, Product Operations

Cox Automotive is seeking a Product Operations Senior Lead Product Manager to drive operational excellence across our telecommunications and media-focused platforms. In this role, you'll align product strategy with execution, refine processes, and optimize roadmaps using data-driven insights. You'll partner with product, engineering, data, and go-to-market teams to streamline release planning, improve quality, and ensure scalable operations. Responsibilities

• Lead product operations for key telecommunications and media-focused platforms within Cox Automotive
• Align product strategy with execution and ensure roadmaps are operationally feasible
• Develop and refine product delivery processes, standards, and best practices
• Use data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with product, engineering, data, and go-to-market teams on planning and releases
• Coordinate release management, feature readiness, and stakeholder communication
• Support forecasting, capacity planning, and prioritization across product portfolios
• Define and maintain operational dashboards and reporting for leadership
• Champion experimentation, feedback loops, and quality improvements
• Mentor team members on product operations practices and tools
