Structor Group, Inc. is a commercial construction company providing construction and renovation services to the commercial office, education, healthcare, retail/restaurant, and specialty markets. Structor Group, Inc. is seeking a hardworking, reliable, and dedicated associate to be part of our team. THIS POSITION IS BASED IN AUGUSTA, GA

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Planning and implementing of site logistics

Posting all appropriate permits and signage as required by law Provide direction and oversight for subcontractor daily activities

Drive project schedule and coordinate with subcontractors

Create 3-week look ahead and distribute to subcontractors and Project Manager Create daily logs and upload pictures to Pro Core Send  weekly timesheets to office by the deadline every week Conduct weekly toolbox talks with onsite personnel

Ensure overall quality control of the project

Maintain jobsite cleanliness throughout construction process

Keep all SG tools and trucks in good, clean working condition

Responsible for all building inspections

Ensure all safety regulations, PPE and OSHA protocol is followed

Ensure that ALL punch list items are completed in a timely manner
