Job Overview

This 10-week long internship works closely with experienced Ruby-Collins team members and offers exposure to real, active projects. Responsibilities will vary day to day and include supporting field operations, assisting with essential tasks, and gaining firsthand experience on job sites. Interns will be in the field, getting their hands dirty, learning directly from the crews who are out there every day, and developing a practical understanding of how projects are built from the ground up.

Requirements
  • Working towards a degree in Engineering, Building Construction/ Management, or relevant degree
  • Interest in the construction industry
  • Effectively communicate and be a team player
  • Able to follow verbal and written direction
  • Willingness to learn
  • Looking for a career path that leads to Construction Project Management
