Project Manager for PCI Atlanta 101 operations based in Fayetteville, GA.

• Estimate, bid, and secure construction projects of sufficient revenue and margin to meet the prescribed business plan.
• Maintain customer contact to facilitate securements and profitable execution of work.
• Direct and manage construction activities within the area of responsibility to maximize margin contribution.
• Interpret and analyze contract documents regarding terms, specifications, clarifications, and requirements.
• Manage job‑site personnel and maintain effective relationships with owners, engineers, utilities, subcontractors, contractors, unions, and others.
• Implement the corporate program regarding loss control and claims management for workers’ compensation.
• Analyze and monitor actual versus estimated costs, develop action plans for unfavorable variances, and ensure an effective job control system is utilized.
• Estimate the majority of work applicable to the region and collaborate with the estimating department as needed.
• Negotiate contract issues, variances, change orders, scope changes, claims, and other project issues as required.

Salary range: $98,700 – $132,000 annual salary plus a non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program.

• Minimum of 7 years of construction management work experience.
• Experience in commercial, industrial, and mechanical construction.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong ability to read, understand, and interpret specifications, drawings, and project scopes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong record of establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
• High level of attention to detail and cost analysis.
• Ability to accurately read schedules for sequencing and durations of applicable scopes of work.
• Proficiency with computer takeoff and estimating software such as On‑Screen Takeoff and Quickbid.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and keep each on schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Effective communication with all levels of employees within the company.
• Must be flexible and enjoy working with a diverse group in a fast‑paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science or Construction Management.
• OSHA certification.
• Local to the Atlanta metro area.
