Lead Estimator; Heavy Civil

This Estimator role is situated within our Heavy Civil Division, which provides turn‑key management for all construction phases – serving our external clients and internal operating divisions (Plant, Pipe, Trenchless).

This high‑visibility leadership position will own the full pre‑construction lifecycle for complex, multi‑million‑dollar hard bids and be responsible for the entire project trajectory: from initial takeoffs and top‑to‑bottom cost breakdowns to the final delivery of strategic bid presentations for Executive Leadership.

• Proven ability to manage the full pre‑construction lifecycle from inception to final submission.
• Advanced proficiency and mastery of AGTEK, Bluebeam, and Excel.
• Strong ability to interpret and analyze civil, pipe, and structural drawings, plans, and specifications across all associated scopes.
• Demonstrated success in evaluating and negotiating competitive proposals from subcontractors and vendors.
• Deep understanding of market volatility and regional pricing trends across the Southeast.

• Direct experience estimating heavy civil scopes, specifically: deep excavation, underground infrastructure, shoring, heavy utility, storm drainage structure, and grading/demolition.
• Prior experience as a Project Manager (or a deep technical understanding of PM challenges) is highly valued
• Must be able to work full‑time in‑office at our Smyrna, GA headquarters.
• Authorized to work in the US and the ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening.
