General Labor – Construction Pay Rate: $16.00–$22.00 per hour Locations:
Atlanta, Marietta & Kennesaw, GA Job Type: Temporary & Temp-to-Hire Opportunities | Multiple Shifts Available AtWork is hiring General Laborers for construction-related opportunities throughout the metro Atlanta area.

We have both temporary and temp-to-hire positions available, with multiple shifts to accommodate different schedules. We are looking for dependable, hardworking candidates who are comfortable working in physically demanding environments and assisting with a variety of construction and general labor duties.

• Assist with general construction and labor duties
• Use hand tools and basic equipment as directed
• Measure and mark materials using tape measures
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials
• Assist skilled tradespeople and crews as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow job-site safety procedures and instructions
• Perform physical labor for extended periods
• Complete other duties as assigned

• Previous construction or general labor experience is preferred
• Experience using hand tools and tape measures is preferred
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical work for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors and/or in varying job-site conditions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay ranges from $16.00 to $22.00 per hour depending on the position, experience, and specific assignment.
