Job Description
The Construction Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for new store and distribution center projects, partnering closely with Construction, Design, Operations, and external vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to company standards.
Responsibilities include coordinating project activities across multiple stakeholders, reviewing construction plans and project documentation, tracking schedules and milestones, facilitating communication between teams, managing vendor relationships, and proactively identifying and resolving project risks. This individual will oversee various aspects of new facility development, from project kickoff through turnover, ensuring all construction-related deliverables are executed effectively and aligned with business objectives.
The successful candidate is a highly organized project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage competing priorities across multiple projects, and consistently drives accountability among contractors, vendors, and internal partners.
Rate: 40-55/hr

- 3-5+ years of experience managing construction, facilities, capital improvement, or infrastructure-related projects.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal business partners.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, site plans, specifications, and project schedules.
- Strong project management, budgeting, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and vendor performance to ensure successful execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
- Experience supporting retail, distribution center, warehouse, or supply chain facility construction projects.
- Experience working with general contractors, architects, consultants, and design teams.
- Knowledge of construction project life cycles, permitting, inspections, and turnover processes.
- Familiarity with facilities infrastructure, building systems, and operational requirements.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) preferred.
