As a Customer Service Representative at Stream Labs, you will join a dynamic and fast-paced team dedicated to service excellence. You will play a crucial role in communicating with customers, guiding them through our processes, and acting as the primary liaison between customers and other service providers. You will utilize various communication methods, including phone, email, and text messaging, to engage with business referrals.
Comprehensive training will be provided on our systems, general insurance and plumbing knowledge, and effective communication techniques.
