Gym Director – full‑time, career‑level position responsible for the overall performance of a specific location and reporting directly to the owners.
Responsibilities- Teach classes based on the proven curriculum and teaching method.
- Lead a team to deliver outstanding customer service and membership experience.
- Manage day‑to‑day operations.
- Hire, manage, and train staff.
- Maintain facility and equipment.
- Sell the Little Gym program to new customers.
- Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus.
- Customer service experience.
- Management experience.
- Excellent time‑management skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Enjoy fostering joy in others.
Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per year. Requires some evening shifts and one weekend day.
