• Implement Georgia Pre‑K standards within a Montessori mixed‑age classroom
• Guide children using Montessori principles, materials, and child‑centered practices
• Foster independence, respect, and intrinsic motivation
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse developmental needs
• Maintain compliance with Georgia Pre‑K guidelines
• Collaborate closely with assistant teacher and school leadership
• Build strong partnerships with families

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Georgia Pre‑K Lead Certification (or eligibility)
• Understanding of Montessori philosophy and classroom practices (Montessori credential preferred)
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills
