What You’ll DoInspire and educate:
Build an engaging, inclusive learning space that sparks curiosity and confidence in aviation maintenance.

Hands-on training:
Demonstrate real-world practices for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing aircraft systems and components.

Shape the curriculum:
Collaborate with education teams to refine courses and develop new content aligned with current industry trends.

Mentor with purpose:
Coach students through projects, encouraging critical thinking and inventive problem-solving.

Lead with safety:
Model and enforce safety procedures and best practices to maintain a secure learning environment.

What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED3–5 years of practical experience in aviation maintenance FAA A&P license preferred; if yours isn’t current, we’ll cover the cost for you to obtain it Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Patience and empathy for learners at different stages

Compensation & Benefits $35–$40 per hour, with opportunities for overtime

Weekends OFFPaid Training to help you transition from technician to educator
