Performance Contracting is seeking a motivated individual to join our growing employee‑owned organization as an entry‑level Associate Project Engineer for its PCI Atlanta 101 operations based in Fayetteville, GA. The role serves as a launchpad for future leaders and offers hands‑on experience in project management and estimating.

• Conduct safety meetings
• Create and manage punch lists
• Support the Quality Control Measures outlined in PCI’s QA/QC program
• Prepare RFIs and submittals
• Labor control on assigned projects, including setup and maintenance
• Quantitative takeoffs for material ordering
• Support implementation of the job schedule
• Coordinate warranties and O&M
• Coordinate material purchase orders and invoicing

Salary range: $77,300 annual salary plus a non‑guaranteed annualized bonus program. This position is safety‑sensitive. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Please be advised that the office will relocate to Smyrna, GA, in June 2026.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or comparable work experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Clear understanding of how to read and interpret specifications and drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to learn new skills through technical job functions and apply them as taught
• Strong customer service skills and relationship‑building abilities
• Critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Motivated self‑starter with strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative
• Works well under pressure and deadlines
