About the Credit and Collections Analyst Role

The Sr. Credit and Collections Analyst is responsible for reviewing and analyzing the accounts receivable aging for an assigned customer portfolio. This role will identify reasons for delinquency, lead cross‑functional efforts to resolve issues, prevent recurrence, and ensure effective collection of past‑due receivables.

Responsibilities of the Sr. Credit and Collections Analyst

The Sr. Credit and Collections Analyst will:

• Identify root causes for overdue balances and lead cross‑functional conversations to eliminate systemic issues.
• Negotiate payment plans for distressed accounts.
• Identify and recommend accounts for external collections or write‑off.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams, and customer service to address and resolve accounts receivable collection challenges.

Minimum Qualifications for the Sr. Credit and Collections Analyst

• Previous collections experience required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience working with or leading cross‑functional teams.
