JOIN OUR TEAM AS A REGISTERED BEHAVIORAL TECHNICIAN

Your Work Matters

How will you make a difference? The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at RV BEHAVIORAL LLC is responsible for providing direct patient care and behavioral intervention services. The role involves implementing individualized behavior treatment plans, supporting therapeutic programming, and assisting patients in developing coping skills to promote stabilization, safety, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and behavioral intervention services as outlined in individualized behavior treatment plans.
  • Implement and adhere to individualized behavior treatment plans to ensure effective therapeutic programming.
  • Support patients in developing coping skills essential for their stabilization, safety, and recovery.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions.
  • Uphold professional standards and ethics in all interactions with patients and team members.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to maintain certification and enhance skills.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding of treatment plans and progress.
Your Experience Matters. What We’re Looking For
  • Education:

    High School graduate or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Experience:

    Experience interpreting insurance coverage plans, copayments, and deductible schedules; specifically, working knowledge of managed care, commercial, and governmental plans.
  • Additional Requirements:

    Must have basic knowledge of public assistance programs and required financial forms. Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a heavy focus on Excel. Must be detail‑oriented and possess basic mathematical and analytical skills to resolve financial issues.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and strong verbal and written communication skills, maintaining a professional appearance and approach.
  • Quickly learn the patient accounting Med Host software system and update Excel spreadsheets effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
  • Detail-oriented with effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑starter with a high degree of drive, initiative, forward‑thinking, and follow‑through.
Required Education
  • High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience
  • Experience working in a healthcare or therapeutic setting.
  • Experience in implementing behavior treatment plans.
Preferred Experience
  • 1 Year Related Experience
Required

  • Ability to provide direct patient care and behavioral intervention services.
  • Ability to implement individualized behavior treatment plans.
  • Ability to support therapeutic programming and assist patients in developing coping skills.

Compensation

This is a full‑time role, and the expected compensation range is $18.00 to $23.00/hr
