Hotel General Manager. CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for a Hotel General Manager for the Candlewood Suites Smyrna. The requirement is major brand experience to include IHG extended stay and IHG focus service hotels. When joining our team, you will be joining a company who takes pride in creating an exceptional team, extending outstanding hospitality and Guest Love scores, operating a profitable business, managing and controlling expenses including payroll and bottom-line profitability.

• Provide daily oversight of all hotel departments and lead the team to achieve top-line revenue and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Drive brand training and adherence to IHG brand standards.
• Exceed fair share metrics for IHG Guest Love and 1
  
  Rewards enrollment goals.
• Achieve STR performance metrics for MPI, ARI, RGI.
• Drive loyalty, guest love, and intent to recommend indexes.

• Major brand experience to include IHG extended stay and IHG focus service hotels.
• Experience managing and controlling expenses including payroll and bottom-line profitability.
