This role blends
IT support, systems administration, ERP management, and data analytics into one high-impact position. You won’t be stuck doing just help desk work — you’ll help shape how technology and data support the business.
- Serve as a key technical resource for the company’s ERP system (Infor Cloud Suite)
- Support and improve company-wide IT systems — hardware, software, networks, and security
- Build reports, analyze data, and deliver insights to leadership
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues across computers, printers, scanners, and servers
- Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware
- Partner with IT leadership and vendors to drive system improvements and upgrades
- Assist with cybersecurity, backups, system monitoring, and asset tracking
- Create user guides and training materials to help teams work smarter
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience
- Experience with an ERP system (Infor experience is a plus, not required)
- Comfort troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues
- Basic networking knowledge (DNS, LANs, firewalls)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta area
- Salary up to$65,000
