Compensation Analyst, IT​/Tech

• Lead annual compensation cycles (Merit and MIP), including eligibility, audits, testing, and post-cycle support
• Provide compensation guidance on offers, promotions, adjustments, and re-leveling
• Maintain compensation policies, governance standards, and decision frameworks
• Manage and update Workday compensation dashboards, job profiles, grades, and audit tools
• Ensure data accuracy, access controls, and compliance with compensation governance protocols
• Lead market pricing using survey tools (e.g., Radford, Culpepper) and manage annual survey submissions
• Partner with HRBPs on job leveling, market alignment, and job architecture consistency
• Serve as the primary point of contact for compensation inquiries and Service Desk requests

• 3+ years of experience in compensation program management
• Strong Workday compensation experience (dashboards, job profiles, audits, data governance)
• Proven ability to manage complex compensation cycles with accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
