Salesforce BSA (Lead Process & Stakeholder Focus) – Hybrid 4802
Location:
Hybrid / Atlanta, GA
This is not a documentation-heavy Business Analyst role and not a ticket-driven Salesforce Admin role.
This is a hands‑on Salesforce + business process leadership role.
You will be expected to:
- Lead business process discovery sessions with stakeholders
- Design and map workflows in real time while in conversation
- Prototype solutions directly in Salesforce (Flows, UI, data model)
- Own business process strategy from day one
If you are not comfortable running live sessions, thinking on your feet, and building while gathering requirements, this role will not be a fit.
What You’ll DoBusiness Process Leadership (Critical)
- Lead whiteboarding sessions with leadership and end users
- Drive business process discovery independently
- Translate ambiguous requests into clear workflows and system designs
- Create user personas, end‑to‑end user journeys, and process maps
- Use tools such as Figma, Lucidchart, Lucidspark, or Miro
- Visually model processes in real time during stakeholder discussions
- Work directly in Salesforce (Dev / Sandbox) to configure and prototype:
- Custom fields and page layouts
- Buttons and quick actions
- Screen flows and record‑triggered flows
- Reports and dashboards
- Handle data operations including exports, bulk updates, and imports (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)
- Translate business needs into proof‑of‑concept solutions
- Validate requirements inside Salesforce before involving engineering
- Serve as the Salesforce SME for Sales Enablement
- Refine and reshape requirements live during discussions
- Pivot quickly as requirements evolve
- Propose improved solutions on the spot
- Guide stakeholders toward scalable, clean process design
- Facilitate collaboration between business users and engineering (Deloitte)
- Create clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Ensure engineering receives validated, high‑quality requirements for QA, UAT, and deployment
- Not a documentation‑only BA role
- Not a developer or Apex‑heavy role
- Not a ticket‑based or L1 Salesforce Admin role
Required Experience
- 5–8 years of hands‑on Salesforce experience
- Strong expertise in Flows
- Strong Sales Cloud knowledge (accounts, contacts, leads, relationships)
- 3–5 years in a Business Systems Analyst, BA, or Product‑type role
Proven Ability To
- Lead stakeholder sessions independently
- Drive business process design, not just gather requirements
- Build workflows, personas, and user journeys live
- Prototype solutions directly in Salesforce
This is a day‑one ownership role, not a "grow into it" opportunity.
What a Strong Candidate Looks Like- Can say "let’s map that out now" and actually do it
- Can model workflows without preparation
- Comfortable leading conversations with senior stakeholders
- Thinks in systems, data models, and user flows
- Salesforce Admins focused on ticket queues with limited stakeholder exposure
- Business Analysts who only document requirements and do not build
- Candidates who struggle to lead discussions live or map workflows in real time
Candidates will be asked to:
- Walk through a business process live
- Design a workflow or user journey in real time
- Explain how they would prototype the solution in Salesforce
If this cannot be demonstrated live, the role will not be the right fit.
Why This Role MattersThis role supports a growing Sales Enablement organization and helps reduce delivery bottlenecks between business and engineering.
This hire will:
- Own business process strategy
- Drive stakeholder alignment
- Improve how Salesforce supports Sales teams
The team currently lacks this capability, making this a high‑impact, high‑visibility role.
