- Designs, develops, deploys, and supports AI-powered agents, agentic workflows, applications, automations, integrations, and digital workplace solutions using Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Teams, SharePoint, Service Now, and related technologies
- Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, evaluate solution alternatives, and deliver technology-enabled business improvements that drive productivity, employee experience, and business outcomes
- Provides subject matter expertise and technical guidance on AI adoption, agent development, governance, security, citizen development, and responsible use of Microsoft AI and digital workplace technologies
- Establishes and promotes best practices for solution design, architecture, integrations, security, and platform administration; reviews citizen-developed solutions for compliance with organizational standards and governance requirements
- Develops and maintains technical documentation, training materials, communications, and enablement resources; supports implementation, adoption, change management, and ongoing user success
