Parts Counter Associate – Ed Voyles Kia
Full-time | $15/hour

As a Parts Counter Associate, you'll be the go-to resource for customers and service technicians looking for OEM Kia parts. You'll play a key role in keeping our service department running smoothly and ensuring our customers get exactly what they need.

• Determine needs and accurately specify parts accordingly.
• Create and modify purchase orders and issue them to the appropriate vendor.
• Record warranty parts returned and create special ordered parts in the dealership computer system, notifying the ASM, technician, or client upon receipt.
• Review special order parts tracking and process and close open invoices.
• Compare invoices against requisitions to verify quality and quantity of merchandise received.
• Keep records of outside purchases and parts received and issued.
• Perform ongoing warehouse parts inventory and attend weekly department meetings.

• Previous experience in an automotive parts department is preferred, and knowledge of OEM or aftermarket parts is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
